KL short trip + Convocation photolog!

See how time flies?

Fei and I were just back from Genting not long ago and now we're back from KL already!

We - mummy, bro, Aunty Seat Cheng, Fei & I - went down to KL for a short trip - 3D2N - for my convocation on the 12th. But we went down 1 day earlier cos we'll be having a rehearsal in the early morning of the same day. So on the first day it was all (window) shopping & eating!

Thank you my Fat again for driving us. :* No idea where did Fei get all that energy from - driving down to Genting (4 hours); driving back to Penang (4 hours); and then 1 week later driving down to KL (another 4 hours) and driving back to Penang again (last 4 hours). =____=

So in a week's time Fei and I actually spent 16 hours on the North-South highway of Malaysia hahaha.

Initially I typed 'brunch' - got corrected by this guy in the photo cos it was only 9am+. ==

We're here! :D It was 11am. We were on the way to check into our place!

After checking in we walked to Pavilion! I still can't believe that I WALKED in this kind of freaking hot weather wth!!! I don't mind walking everywhere but in our Malaysian weather... Anyway Pavilion's CNY decos are so pretty!! Mummy and Aunty Seat Cheng were so impressed that they took a few photos. ==

Lunch was at Suki-Ya's.

And here's my dessert to make myself feel better and less thirsty.

Then we went home for a while to rest because we went nearly everywhere and the elders were probably tired lol. And since I had nothing to do and there was nothing interesting on the TV I took this photo lol.

Headed next to KLCC - convention centre and the mall - after the elders have rested. Also met up with Koala!

Bought stuffs from Factorie in KLCC. 2 tops of the same design but different colours hahaha. It's only RM19 each! :D Didn't really like their staffs though - rude.

And because it was drizzling when we wanted to leave I couldn't get a nice night photo of KLCC. :( And also didn't go up to our rooftop to take night view photos. :'(

Convocation day!

Attended the rehearsal (waste of time) - walked to Pavilion on my own in the big KL city to meet up with mummy, Fei and Aunty Seat Cheng cos they were there having early lunch already. Then went home and got ready for the convo. I took 40 minutes to settle my face wth. I have no idea what I was doing. I usually take only 15 minutes the longest lololol. Also went to Ivy's place to get our hair done together hahaha. Then Fei dropped us at the convention centre.

The convocation was such a long process wth and my feet were hurting already. And I was only wearing a pair of 2 inches high block heels. I have no idea how did Ivy and others survive. Their heels are so much higher and thinner wth.

Hehe! After returning the robe and mortar board, we got back our deposit and here Ivy was changing into another dress. So while waiting I selfied. In KLCC's toilet. Hahaha.

I didn't wake up early enough to catch sunrise on the last day (yesterday lol). But we went to IKEA Cheras before leaving KL Ciy! :) Had our breakfast there and bought some stuffs there.

Tadah! Happy breakfast time with fam!

I also got my birthday pressie and cookies from Macau from Ivy! :D Thank you Koala. :*

And then Fei also bought me little Gudetama!! Very cute ah I even took a video of unboxing the capsule hahahaha. Very amateur work but I'm so happy with my video hahahaha.

How time flies, it's Friday already. :(

Had fun walking in the super cooling weather & also back and forth the many resorts and hotel (cos Fei wanted to look for the casino with the lowest minimum bet ==).

'tis a good trip for the two fats after our Langkawi trip even though it's just a 2D1N trip! :D

Our tasty lunch! Went walking around from one resort to another, just to survey which shop offers the cheapest range of food. We ended up with this. And it didn't disappoint! :D

Set lunch - main with a drink. Wan Tan Mee, RM18; BBQ Pork Rice, RM21.

Funny looking horse. Too muscular. Hahaha.

Missed this place. The last time I passed by here was 2007. So it's been 9 years!

And our dinner. Also went walking around searching for cheap stuffs, was torn between Marrybrown's and some street food. Chose the street food in the end lol.

Mine - bee hoon RM5.90; Deli Manjoo (totally different from what we have in Penang urgh super dry and not tasty) RM5; Dorayaki 7 for RM7.

Fei's - economy rice from Curry in a Hurry RM18.05; Tandoori Chicken Wrap from Terminal 2 RM7 (RW member price lol).

Hahahahaha Fei was complaining about the price he paid for his dinner hahaha.

Yummy lunch! But I think my Hor Fun soup is a tad bit too oily. :S

And we left after having our lunch and getting the Ipoh biscuits. Thank you Fei for driving around all day everyday whole day! :*

2016

HELLO!

It's 2016!

Today's only the 3rd day of 2016 and I'm bored already... Lol.

By the way, the photo above was taken by yours truly during NYE count down at Straits Quay 3 nights ago. :) If you decided to use this photo, please at least link the credits to me? :B

Fei's currently waxing his car at home so no one's talking to me. Hence the reason why I decided to drop by here again hahaha.

Just wondering how will my 2016 be? CLP examinations in 7 months' time and I haven't touched a single book during this Xmas & NY break fml fml 99! I don't even know how should I start or cope with all the syllabus fml.

Anyway lectures only resume on the 9th so I still have 6 days to worry... (?)

And I'm turning another year older tomorrow! Turning 24 wtf. I think at this age I should be working already like most of my friends (?) but I'm actually not cos I'm still completing my studies... I know most of my classmates are working during the weekdays & then attending lectures during the weekends. I know that's what I should be doing also BUT soon when I officially enter a full time working life I won't have time to slack around and relax like now anymore! So I deliberately chose to live this kind of life now. Lolol.

Also going up to Genting Highlands this Wednesday for a very short trip to unwind ourselves before classes start again. I hope we'll get good food & get nice stuffs from their Nike Outlet hahaha.

So yeah, so far this is my 2016 plan (lol) & CNY is coming!! :DDD
