I see I have abandoned my blog for 10 months since CNY. 😳 Sometimes it's just easier to post photos on Dayre and IG Stories... you know, just whip out your phone, snap, edit, type, post, done.
Decided to come back and clear the dust & cobwebs after I heard on the radio that 2018 is coming to an end. 😱 OMG this is damn scary. Every time I view my blog, it feels like the previous year has just ended. What happened to 2018??? Did someone visit Chronos and requested for time to be fast-forwarded? Everything, every single thing feels so recent. But it's not? And I'm again turning another year older wtf is this nonsense??? 😩
Anyway... I'm here to photolog my past 10 months lol.
Took mummy & bro down south to Genting & KL for CNY! They haven't been to Genting since 2007 for cousin's wedding. And bro managed to get a new watch. He chose a G-Shock which was only RM350. Not too bad I guess? If G-Shock is as reliable as what the guy said, that is. Also went to have unicorn cake and took mummy to Thean Hou Temple. It was super duper crowded at the temple fol.

After we came back from our 3d2n trip down south, I took mummy to Butterworth's Tow Boo Kong hahaha. Also went with Fei for the CNY celebration in town, hot air balloon festival, and Chap Goh Meh celebration at Esplanade.
Government fireworks are damn spectacular lol. There were fireworks that blasted into smiley faces and heart shapes wth.
Then Jo Malone decided to put holes in everyone's pockets by launching the English Fields line. 🤦♀️ And I... succumbed...
On the last Friday of March, this man of mine gave me a shocksurprise.
He went and buy me the X.
In April, I tagged along Fei to Langkawi during the weekend cos he had to head there for work purposes. 🙈🙊 So me being me volunteered to tag along hahaha. We travelled there by sea fml. Trip up north was fine, but trip down south was horrible. The speed-boat was shaking left right up down like nobody's business I was so scared I'd die in the middle of the sea by drowning to death wtf. I am super scared of drowning. I thought of sending mummy a ILY message but I didn't want to scare her to death also wtf. But it was an experience, which I don't intend to re-live anymore.
Langkawi was also super busy that weekend because it was the nomination day for GE14 lol so Tun Mahathir was there somewhere, although we didn't get to bump into him. We booked Bayview this time round for accommodation, quite nice the place!

And then in May, it was GE14. First time voter here! 🙋♀️ We went to attend the final ceramah the night before GE14 lol. I was just there to kepo. Everyone else was so damn semangat I felt so embarrassed to be there lol. On the day itself I fetched mummy to her polling centre & after she was done I returned to me alma mater to cast my vote. And that night, I slept at nearly 4am with the good news in my mind.
May was also the month where I decided to take a leap and changed workplace.
June came and someone turned 27! Went to Equatorial Hotel's Kampachi for buffet lunch. I didn't know Equatorial has such a nice garden and view!

Also brought mummy there for her birthday, but for dinner at the Chinese restaurant hahaha.
The doctor practising in Ireland also came back!
Then came mummy's birthday! On the actual day we had vegetarian for dinner & took her to this new cafe for cake. I think she's happy. 😄
The cafe had a poem written on the wall lol. Sounds damn emo.

The following weekend Fei and I went down south again to KL just for fun hahaha. Wanted a short holiday that wasn't too expensive. We went down by train this time! It was nice travelling by train cos we didn't have to stay awake like when we drive lolol. But damn inconvenient for island people cos we have to drive to Butterworth first before we can board the train.
We took the 6.13am train fml Fei insisted we should take the earlier one so we don't arrive too late in KL wth. Arrived in KL at around 10.30am and checked in to our hotel at around 11am. We booked Westin!! So comfy the place I laike.
Spent money on YSL, had room service for the first time in our lives for dinner and felt all warm and cozy while having dinner in our room together.
😕 couldn't bring myself to post this on IG cos I look so stupid.

I actually wanted the LE colour but it was sold out wtf. And they recommended this, which looks 95% similar. Okay... But what can't be denied is that it's so pretty 😭😭😭

Tagged along boss's new car to Taiping court one fine day. The workmanship is 💯
In September there was a long weekend... so we went down south to Ipoh. Hahahahaha. We're damn diligent in following Cuti-Cuti Malaysia ok. Returned to Weil againnnn I was so happy hehehe. We had dimsum, dry hor fun (koay teow actually lol), taufufah, room service, and cute cake at Petite Mary before we left. Also spent 2 hours queueing for Guan Heong biscuits fol.

The following week on the replacement holiday for Malaysia Day Fei tagged along me to SP Court and we visited Balik Pulau's goat farm after that. He was excited with where we were going and didn't want to tell me until I realised we were heading up to Balik Pulau... again. -_-
It was super hot... and smelly. But we managed to see a kid! (goat's baby, not human kid ok lol there's nothing exciting in seeing a human kid...)
Then Yeema came back in October with Jasmin Chea Chea! I forgot that Yeema bought me DW until she passed to me a nicely wrapped box. 😁 They also went to the jewelry shop to get theirs cleaned and I went there to meet them. Then I remembered that I wanted a pair of proper earrings also so I went to have a look... and found out that white gold are more expensive that yellow gold wth when yellow gold is more valuable than white gold! Crazy. Picked a pair of simple hoop earrings, wanted to pay mummy said she'll buy me, then Yeema said she'll buy me. Lol.
The following week Yeema and Jasmin Chea Chea took mummy and bro to a HK trip. I managed to live alone and get things done! Cleaned the house, watered the plants, had my healthy cereal dinner, washed the clothes, hang the clothes etc. I felt peaceful. 😂 Then Fei came up to accompany me for 2 nights! But then I didn't get to spend the whole 2nd day with Fei because I had work in the morning and stayed back until 3.45pm and then had to attend Penang Bar's dinner the same night. :((((( But on the last day I made lunch for us and Fei went to tapao roti canai... 🤦♀️
Also went on a girl's date with SM because her birthday was coming up. Had our lunch at PikNik and went for tea time at Cream by Chin Chin.
We also went to get the Marvel's stamper in Tesco... but I didn't get my Ironman. 😭😭😭😭😭

2 weeks later, because Deepavali was coming, the others took leave so only Ahad and I were working. And we decided to have a pizza party in office one fine day. Hahahaha.
Innisfree then launched their Xmas collection... and my Santa Claus bought me these!
Fei also went to get another 2 to see if he can get me Ironman. 😚 Alas he got Black Panther and rebellious teenager Groot.
Was then driving home one fine day after work and fetching bro from college and spotted a double rainbow!! It was my first time so I was understandably excited hahahaha.
Later on I chanced upon this contacts/glasses booth in Gurney. And saw that Raybans were up for sale from RM270 (ONLY?!?!). So I went to ask and it was true! The lady said all the Raybans are at RM270 except for the polarise ones which are priced at RM380. And I spotted this one that I liked. Also picked one for mummy. Mummy deserves to be pampered. Was gon check out already but I realised the one I wanted had scratches on the lens. So the girl went to check with her supervisor and told us they will order another one from HQ for me.

And then just last Friday was my virgin drive down south to KL, fetching mummy and bro cos it was bro's convocation!
I've been constantly spending money lol... not super big amount, but still spending... Especially now that I'm working, whenever we go on a short family trip I feel obliged to pay for accommodation and food. But I'm definitely not spending money outside my capabilities so I think that is still acceptable?
2019 is approaching in 24 days' time omg. I'm turning 27 in 28 days WTF!!
